4 ounces clams (drained, chopped)
1 ounce grated onion
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 T. lemon juice
5 T. bread crumbs
20 mushroom caps, large
3 T. butter, melted

Mix all ingredients well, except for the mushroom caps and butter. Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture.

Pour melted butter over the mushroom tops and broil until the mushrooms sizzle. Serves 4 to 6.
