2 T. butter
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 T. Bisquick™ baking mix
1-1/2 cups milk
6 ounces clams, canned, minced (no juice)
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 cups Bisquick™ baking mix
1 T. parsley flakes
1/2 cup cold water

Cook butter, green pepper and onion in large saucepan until tender. Add 2 T. baking mix. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Gradually stir in the milk. Boil and stir 1 minute. Add clams and eggs; heat through. Reduce heat; keep warm.

Preheat oven to 425°. Grease 12 muffin cups. Mix 2 cups baking mix, parsley, and water until soft dough forms. Beat 40 strokes. Drop dough by spoonfuls into muffin cups. Press dough on bottom and up sides of each cup. Spoon equal amounts of clams into each cup.

Bake until crust is a golden brown, about 15 minutes. Makes 6 delicious servings.
