2 cups clams
seasoned pepper, seasoned salt
2 T. milk

Dry clams with paper towel. Season with garlic powder,
salt and pepper. Beat egg with milk. Dip clams first into bread crumbs, then into
egg mixture, then back into bread crumbs.
Fry in pre-heated butter. Drain and serve with or without tartar sauce.
