2 cups chilled clam juice
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. minced chives
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
3 drops of liquid hot pepper

1/4 cup light cream
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

Mix 2 cups chilled clam juice with 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons minced chives, 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce, and 3 drops liquid hot red pepper seasoning.

If you so desire, add 1/4 cup light cream and 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt.

Serve on the rocks. Serve in a 4- to 6- ounce glass, suitably garnished. Serves 4.
