1 (6-1/2 ounce) can minced clams, drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 T. chopped parsley
almonds, chopped or sliced
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add clams, pepper, onion salt, garlic
powder and stir well. Chill about 45 minutes. Shape into a ball.
In a small bowl combine Parmesan cheese, parsley and almond bits. Roll ball into
mixture. Chill for about 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
