10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/2 cup clams, minced and drained (cooked)
1-1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package of Knorr's vegetable soup mix
8 ounces water chestnuts, finely chopped
2 green onions, chopped
salt, pepper

Squeeze the spinach until dry. In a bowl, stir together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts, green onions, and clams.

Season to taste. Cover and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Stir before serving. Serve with crackers or bread sticks. Makes 3 to 3-1/2 cups of thick and creamy dip.
