1-1/2 dozen clams (cut up and heated)
3 large hard-boiled eggs
1 pint milk
2 cups bread crumbs*
1 T. butter
1 T. flour

salt
pepper
parsley

*We recommend Contadina™ Seasoned bread crumbs.



Mix all above ingredients together and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Heat the clams before they are added to mixture.

Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
