12 squares salted soda crackers
8 ounces minced clams, including liquid
1 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 T. minced onion
1 T. minced green pepper
2 eggs, beaten
salt to taste
pepper to taste



Crumble crackers into a bowl. Add milk, clams and clam liquid. Soak crackers until soft. Add melted butter, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. Then add beaten eggs and mix well.

Pour into a greased baking dish (about 1 quart). Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes, or until center is firm. Top should be lightly browned.

Serves 4.
