8 ounces minced clams, drained (reserve juice)
1 package scalloped potatoes
3 T. green onion, chopped
2 T. green pepper, chopped
2-1/2 cups milk
1 T. butter
In a large saucepan, mix potato slices, sauce mix, the amount of water and milk called
for on the package, clam juice, onion and green pepper. Heat to boiling, stir occasionally.
Reduce heat, cover and let simmer about 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Add the clams, 2-1/2 cups of milk and the butter. Heat through (about 3 minutes).
Makes 6 servings.
